I have to admit I can never be bothered to do a complete job. I normally just clean and spray then go over again before drying the water off. It gets decent results but not as good as a polish. I may get it detailed in the future.

Yes they all do and I think it sounds good. I often get people turn around before I go past to see what it is!

^ Yeh, I bet they look better in real life. I know what you mean about the colour not showing up properly. It seems you need a decent camera to pick up the true colour of the Trophy without it looking Orange.

^ Yuk not a fan of that sorry. I think you should make the ones you have the standard colour. :)

I believe the ones in the Trophy are a shade of gray. Perhaps to match the alloys?

I've just recently taken an s3 out for an extended test drive as I do like the look of them. However, the Trophy is a much better drivers car. It's a typical German setup and a cruiser more than a focused sports car imo. It is a nice place to be however and makes a great noise when the turbo...

Thats a good letter so they should take note. I didn't know you where in the police though, that should add some spice to things at least. :D

That is shocking, I would threaten to goto the press when making your complaint mate. That'll give them a kick up the arse to give you an apology. I would also ask for compensation. Let us know how you get on :)

Hi Ollie, I've had my fair share of problems with Renault. I think you first point of call is logging a complaint with Renault UK's Complaints Team and going from there if the dealership manager does not help. Their number is 08000 723 372. I hope this helps.

Nope, the dealers normally attach them though I believe due to getting them off the lorry.
