The cylinder head/cam covers are line bored as an assembly, so the chances of finding a cover that will line up correctly with the cams
is very slim.
A known quantity 172 engine is probably his best bet.
Ask a local garage/ tyre shop to spin the nut off for you.

Or, If you are only working at home, invest in a corded 240v impact gun.
