Hi And,
It does use the cd changer input on the back of the stereo.
Track names do not pull across onto the display but for each playlist it displays CD 1, CD 2 etc.
Cheers,

I've owned it since new and I think I'm getting a bit too old to be driving round in small hot hatches everyday.
The car was paid off a couple of years back and I was supposed to be putting away the equivalent money, that I used to pay it off, each month so I had a nice chunk to pay off another...
It does also charge the battery.
According to the link below it will work with the iPhone, but I've never tried (don't have an iPhone):

If you wanted to take it off my hands and...
Full set of dampers for a clio trophy.
These had covered around 33,000 miles when removed from the car and show no signs of oil or gas escape.
I bought a set of refurbed dampers from this forum to replace these that are for sale rather than have my car off the road whilst awaiting these...
This kit connects to the standard head unit and allows retainability of some of the stereo's steering wheel controls when using it in conjection with an ipod.
The scroll wheel on the back of the steering wheel controls can be used to skip through and roll back songs and scroll through the cover...
I agree with this.
OP try letting the back seat down and driving around. I notice a considerable difference.
The parcel shelf seems to be made of paper mache. If I was looking to improve the sound deadening. I'd start in the boot area.

I really struggled to source PE2s, fitted.
The local tyre guy I use contacted all his suppliers and none could provide the tyre. Nationwide Autocentre was about the cheapest I could find them on-line, but when I rang the local depot they were unable to source stock either.
Ended up using Black...
Whereabouts in Cumbria are you?
I've seen another Trophy knocking about the Egremont area but I don't think they're registered on here. This one was the Workington Renault demo car I test drove before buying my own.

If this was around 8pm ish it would've been me. I was heading back to Warrington after spending the weekend at home in Dumbria.
I can't say I spotted you though...

Photos on the advert have been updated as didn't think they were doing the car justice.

It's been less than 24 hours but I've received an offer a little lower than I'm willing to accept.
I'm in no rush to sell so I expect to get what I'm looking for.
Cheers,
Hoz.
Really? I must've missed those. Looking at the other examples that are for sale currently I believe it's fairly priced.
It's still less than average mileage and the 2nd hand car market was weaker when you purchased yours.
I've seen 197s with similar milage that are a year younger sell for over...
Hi Clems,
I could have a set that I'd be willing to part with. They've covered around 34,000 miles and show no signs of gas / oil leaks and have been stored indoors for the past 12 months.
I'll get some photos up for you.
What sort of price are you looking to pay?
Cheers,
Hoz
I took it off for the MOT, and although it does sound rortier with it fitted the gains are minimal, so I don't fancy crawling back under the car to fit it.
Hoz
As title. Was fitted to the car for around 4months / 2000 miles.
Looking for £40 inc postage ono

I had mine re-gassed by Kwik-fit at the beginning of the summer because it was no longer getting cold.
I chose to have it done at Kwik-fit becuase they would do it cheap. I left the car with them and when I returned an hour later they told me that the system had no gas in it but that the...
Unfortunately it's not just Trophies though, it's all 2nd hand cars that have gone up; and if you're looking to buy a newer, 2nd-hand, car with more prestige you'll end up paying more than you would've during the slump because they seem to have gone up by the same percentage.
Certain models of...
Yeah, it's the pins for locking the dampers in a set position.
They can either be tapped out and removed or only halfway to allow adjustment.
Your mates car's dampers are either still pinned or the pins have been completely removed.
Hoz.
From what I'm hearing and reading, it will fit but as the control systems are different the airbags wouldn't work. Not sure about the Cruise control functionality though.
