The fuel pressure regulator may no longer be the issue. According to K-tec they aren't a bit to fail, in fact mine would be the first one they've ever changed and apparently it's quite alot of work to do so, so i'm really hoping that isn't it! They might well be keeping the car for a few days...

Looks like all is not well with the rear beam in the Ebay pic. Looks further out than it should be.

K-tec do them actually. I keep meaning to get one but never have quite enough money to spend. One day... They aren't the same colour as the silver bits on the dash though.

That's a very good point! I've come from an old knackared 205 diesel (which I loved incidently), to the Clio and the 205 had better build quality! I'm glad to say though that short of the bootlid trim rattling which is due to a broken clip, the speaker surrounds are the only things that do. Will...

Morning everyone, have a couple of issues i'd like to ask everyone about before I start throwing money at her. First off and in fact the most annoying thing about the car at the moment is the speaker surrounds. All they do is bloody vibrate! I've tried turning the music up, down, wedging things...

I've seen just about every other Basingstoke Trophy there is apart from yours, until yesterday. Spotted you heading southbound on the M3 at around half 4 yesterday (Saturday) afternoon, just by Hook airfield. It looked very clean but then I could only get a glance. :wink:

No very rarely, would usually go in the girlfriends car. We have friends there but we don't often see them. It seems like quite a nice place but like I say I visit it so rarely I don't get to see it. :) We were off to see Senna in Milton Keynes that night too. I can fully recommend that!

Lovely looking Trophy seen heading eastbound through Sherbourne on Thursday morning, I was driving the NX coach going the other way. By driving I mean attempting to fit. Bloody narrow place.

We'll see. Been thinking about selling her and getting a diesel for a few months as I do alot of mileage and it's pretty much just used on the motorways so I don't get to have much fun. A few recent drives have changed that though. What a wonderful machine to drive spiritedly! Sod the fuel...

Very clean Trophy spotted today on the M3 J4 just before 17:30. Heading northbound. Didn't catch the reg as I was going the other way but I think it was a normal non-private plate.

Saw T500 PHY in Basingstoke today, at the A30 roundabout heading up to J6 M3. I was in the NX coach behind you on the roundabout, managed to get close enough to see the reg but then was held up. Looked very well used :wink:

Colour coding for the future?

Mine's already been through a massive cleaning session :) Gave it another wipe today too though the underside's looking a little dirty. I use mine all the time and apart from some extra stonechips it's coming out of the winter unscathed. 'Touches wood'.
