Which is exactly what I have, and like I said if I set the headunit to fade fully to the front speakers it is much quieter than if I have all 4 speakers running....sounds 100% better with the rear speakers engaged, maybe its just me but I would always run a set of rear speakers as I feel it...

Personally I find mine sounds a lot quieter if I set the fader fully front and a lot better if I set mine to a balance between the front and rear, at the end of the day you're still going to hear noise from the rear speakers regardless of where you are sat in the car, 4 x outputs is gonna make...

We can't expect you old timers to keep up with social media trends :p

Yea mine sounded NASTY when I got it! Swapped them out for the direct fit pioneer ones, problem solved

Mine are quite chilled luckily, and one of them has built a Healey sprite hillclimb car that sounds like thunder so had no grounds to complain, especially as he was out balancing his carbs at 10.30pm the other evening!

FYI the K-Tec exhaust with the decat + straight through centre is crazy loud! I ended up swapping out for sileneced versions of both! If you want it a bit louder I'd look at either a decat + silenced centre or silenced decat + straight through centre! Seeing as you already have the silenced...

Funny how different people have different experiences, both my experiences with BG have been great, and my experience with cornering force was awful, took them over 3 months to service and return my dampers with no communication during the entire process, just seems to be a case of luck these days!!

Yea managed to score a stand pass for CF so I now have 4 weeks to do some welding, plumb the new brake system in, overhaul the suspension and stick the new webers on! Fun fun fun!!

Fingers crossed I can afford one this month, depends how much money the escort saps getting ready for classic ford!

I really like them in yellow if I'm honest I find the silver a but dull, so I figured best option was to match my rear konis....seems the theme for my suspension components will continue on to be RAL1021, might even get the PMS RARB done this colour too...if I ever get hold of one!

PMS Strut Brace anyone? Got this for £70 off a mate but it was very tatty and had some rusty patches, only logical option....have it powder coated the same yellow as the Sachs/Konis ;)
