out of curiosity how much is one of these from Renault? i'm trying to decide whether or not to get the standard Renault one or get a carbon splitter.

Don't know which road the A285 is... but if you saw a 172 Cup and 2 M3's (one black and one silver) at the same time it was probably me. Must admit i didn't see any other Trophy's...... but i wasn't hanging around :wink:

I would have to go with the Trophy. I've driven the 197, although comfortable it didn't have the precision of the Trophy when cornering or as much of the FUN FACTOR which is what every Trophy owner loves! the only way to find which one is for you is to test drive both. go in with an open...

unless i mistaken, Trophy wheels don't have a center cap..... :? Have a look at a few of the pics in the pics section.

i wouldn't be put off the Trophy because of the back seats, like some people who own them they have taken to standard ones out and brought the rear from a 182FF to put in. can't believe it would cost too much to do, just hunt around. The trophy is a lot of fun!!!!!!!!!!

Further to Artdealer's comment i happen to have a leaflet on the extended warranty stuff. You can either extend it on the total miles, number of years since new or a combination. So if you do a lot of miles and expect to go over the 60k within the 3yrs warranty, you can extend the miles to...

After paying 11k for 216, if the depreciation in 13months was that total value i would be little upset to start with, but as i'm not looking to sell it for atleast a few years (and if all goes weel i never will) i wouldn't be to fussed. i love it and don't want anything else!!! :P
