my understanding is it just helps really with the idol running on the car so its not too 'lumpy'.

i was under the impression that all sports (1*2) service were every year or 12K unlike the non sport which are 2yrs or 18K! From speaking with others on here i think everyone has always done theirs every year and a few do oil changes every 6months/6K. I would deffo be looking for service yearly...

Ross, i believe it was a used one. Although i went to have it fitted the other week and was told that it was actually the drivers side fog light even though it was marked n/s! Does anyone know whether of not it can still be fitted and would it work? cheers Ollie

Had the brakes done yesterday, fitting for only £150 cash! Brembo HC fronts and Standard rears, KTR pads all round from K-tech. My fronts were totally shot and the guy was amazed! pics below

Not a bad price that, the Bosch Aerotwin wipers i got from ebay were £20 and look exactly the same. Huge improvement over the standard!
