The rangers are great but they'll be too big for his garage, won't they? I think the freelanders are a good bet for the money. Defenders are excellent off road but you get very little for your money. If you want a real work horse a daihatsu fourtrak although none of these are on you list lol. I...
I would imagine around 4500 ish just because of the milage and what's been about on pistonheads recently. So many people get hung up on the milage. Also no matter what state the dampers are, if they haven't been done your bound to get a sharp intake of breath followed by 'well.... It's gonna...
Alot of these cars' steering wheels are melting it's very common and not really a sign of abuse, check what number it is and find it in the owners register.
Is it definitely leaking? My mot has said there is deterioration to the rear silencers for the last two years but it doesn't blow.....from there at least.
I asked them for that colour and they couldn't find it. Im going to try somewhere else to see if they can get the right colour, if not spray the centre caps.
Looks like they make it up on the locking bolts  but seriously they do look good though, very tempted.
I had my wheels refurbed a while ago and i was a little dissapointed with the centre caps not matching very well is there any way to sort this?
It needs trimming up a bit but it looks the same, after all the original one was fitted on with self-tappers.
Have a look on here theres a thread with pics and a part number i think.
Is this where they're supposed to be kept? My car didn't come with any so i bought some and i couldn't for the life of me work out where they live
Hmmm i was going to have a go at removing and refitting the dampers and maybe look at the top mounts but spring compressors and goeometry sounds too serious for a sunday afternoon play. Ill just wait till its refurb time.
http://www.autostyle.co.uk these make custom mats and they have the trophy logo on their database.
£70 ish for a set of four iirc.
Do a search and on here and you'll find a few pics
Ive always thought that the 200 range needed something in the middle, I think the cup is too basic, the ff to much and the ff with cup packs and recaros (would be my choice.) far too expensive. I specced one up last year and it was over £20k.
Would be nice if you did get another T as it would...
It's also worth trying the horn itself because where it's attatched to the bracket thats what earths it and when that bracket corrodes you get a poor earth. I had this problem with a very irregualar horn (no jokes please  ) and a quick clean here with a wire brush solved the problem.
This has happened to me twice once in the snow trying to get up a hill and the traction control overheated and turned itself off. After i switched it off and let it cool down the lights went out.
And the other week my battery died and when the breakdown technician started it with his power pack...
