That was the path I took before returning to the T.
Mine was LY too, great cars, I loved mine.
Get the Stage 1 Rs Tuning map on it, makes such a difference and keeps the reliability too.
Enjoy.
The guys name's Andy and goes by the username SNAPPY on the Clio Sport forum; pm him on there.
He works for Bentley apparently and going by his wheel refurb work, not in accounts!
Good guy.
oooff.
Don't want a signet ring scarred jobby tho, so might have to cough up.
Still not sure whether too but it's amazing how different a shift can feel with a changed knob and I remember it from my old 172 to be a pretty tactile thing.
You enjoying yours ??
Looking to change the orginals to PS3's, does anyone know of any tempting deals??
Does the forum get a discount from the likes of Camskill/Blackcircle, etc ??
Cheers
Funny enough, I presented a can of this to Mark but he insisted on Waxoyl; i'm sure it'll do the job though as I read some good reviews on it before buying.
They look and feel just as good as when I bought the car in October tbh, but I suppose the real test will be after another hard winter.
My protocol will be to get them checked and Waxoyl re-applied at the yearly service with Mark and I'm pretty sure it'll extend the life of the dampers.
Prsonally, I would go OE Sachs to keep my car's authenticity but if the car is modified i'd probably go the Koni route.
Depends on your car's originality I think..
