Mine are being sent tommorrow. £430 for basic surface (stripped, new seals, oil and nitrogen, dynoed), £60 per side for new adjuster assembly, £130 per side for new shafts Stupidly expensive

I know it has been mentioned on here already but I cant find it, does anyone know what the weight of the dampers are? Need to organise my postage today however forgot to weigh them before I left for work this morning! Cheers

I have got rainsports, dont think that they are the best in outright grip but they are more than fine for the road plus you do notice the difference when you hit standing water on the m-way as well.

To be honest if it was big and little ends surely the engine would have given up by now. If these are on their way out its more than just a clicking believe me! A clicking that is often the carbon canister however like liam has said take it to a specialist, they would diagnose it in no time

If it was a dephaser you would know about it as they are a lot louder than you describing. Mine had the same noise before I took it to JMS last year and I think they told me that the carbon canisters make this noise.

Could you not use one from another car? pretty standard product i would think?

I had mine refurbished by Aurok end of Novemebr 2010, now my passenger side sounds and feels as if its on its way out (I may be being paranoid however) Has anybody else dealt with aurok? unfortunately mine was done through stealthsport which i believe now cease to exist. Cheers
