I fitted Magnetti Marreli from eastern europe about £20 delivered and they are absolutely spot on, no more tailgate dropping on my head whist I go to get something from the boot, think they are specified for a BMW or something lol. See boot strut thread for details...
Yeah, Ive checked through most of my old cars to see if they are still about. Handy if you dont have many old MOT's to check history online, glad I have all the MOT's for my Trophy since 2008.
Low miler with 29,000 on the clock, according to the new MOT history check online has recently been MOT'd, perhaps a reason why it has the PS3 tyre on for the MOT. Needs a good clean up for sure.

Thanks guys. Feel the need to get it sorted before winter as its my daily, only issue I have is time as I cant manage a whole weekend cleaning/protecting the T as much as I would like to due to work/daughter so could always book a day off.
With Autumn here been thinking about giving the Trophy a good clean/polish so its at least prepared for winter weather so I dont find Ive got a pink Trophy next spring.
Im not a keen detailer (yet) and have been getting service/mechanical jobs done up until now.

Saw a trophy tonight whilst working late queing in traffic at County Hall roundabout 17.50 AO55HNJ first one I have seen in my neck of the woods since I bought mine. Chap with glasses on driving it, anyone on here? :-)
Really goes to show that another 5-10 years these Trophies will really come into their own in terms of value with the way other old school/performance retro cars have... ;-)

With it being summer am keen to get air con working on the Trophy. I had it re-gassed at work however both condenser seals were leaking gas. I have bought new seals and when going to fit them to
fit them one of the bolts for the air con drier sheared (alloy into steel) so now need a new drier...
Thanks guys. So I reckon I need to buy that ceramic seal kit for bolts/springs/fixings for the downpipe to cat as at the moment is has 1 spring, and stud on otherside. Then going to replace the oval ridged 50mm genuine renault clamp, then replace the other clamp as mine is rather rusty where...
