I replaced mine. A good product is alright but will only last a short time. You could remove the grill and use some black trim spray paint. But for the time and effort needed a new one is better.
Not forgetting that the standard exhaust rusts like nothing else on earth.
I did keep lots of other standard parts that I took off mine. They did go with my car when I sold it. But the knackered wrong spec tailgate struts weren't one of them.
Been thinking about what I'm going to do with my white 15" 2118's. Thinking of gloss black with red decals but not sure yet. So putting off the final decision till the end of the month once the exhaust and springs are done.
Ecu light will be the lambda sensor as it failed the mot for No Cat fitted. Nice mot person and a quick ecu reset job done. Simple.
Other bits are cheap and out there secondhand.
Would make a nice easy project and you would be quids in.
Or possibly someone playing the long game especially if they have access to repair it easily.
Or someone that wanted one but can't pay the current values.
It's not just the Rs192 the moves as it gets hotter, both the BTM and PMS systems that I had fitted the tailpipes grew and rear box moved to a point. But both of them ran non standard rear mounts.
It's a good list to be getting on with, hope you get it all done before September.
Exhaust was worth a punt looked like a good system. I hope you find one a little less loud.
Hi and welcome. I can't remember how the cruise control worked other than it won't till engine is warm.
Number plate lights are sensible price from local Renault dealers. I get them for under a tenner.
