I have put the rubber washer on afterwards over the top. couldn't get it to sit right underneath and t now looks right.

Ok tip for others... no part of the grub screw needs to clear the outside edge of the cap. I have just had my biggest worry rethreading the first one I took all the way out. its needs to be damn staright to go back in.
