For sale is a pair of black plastic door handles that I used on my Trophy whilst getting the pink ones resprayed!
Once the door panels are removed they take a matter of minutes to fit (2 nuts and a spring clip)

Haz I hope someone didn't tell you Trophy ownership was cheap before you bought one! personally I think the Sachs is what makes the car special and they will certainly help it hold some of its value.
I take it that was BG motorsport! if you want a cheaper re-furb use Cornering Force although it...
That's what I found when I bought my first T! I must have done the best part of 1000 miles looking at them and finally bought one from Bristol then 6 months later one came up 2 miles away that I just had to have instead.
Although frustrating Its worth doing a bit of travelling to find a nice one!
As an option what about shot blasting them only then refurb and finish with a wet spray which could be done locally and would cut down on the damage done during the rebuild and shipping?
Mine are off the car at present, I'm going to add 2 more drain holes to the spring cup to aid the drainage before they are powder coated and re-furbed.
It may be worth getting your supplier to check to see if there is any actual stock as my set took 6 months to come! Renault had no stock and we had to wait until Renault had enough orders before they would re-order them from Speedline.
Has anyone tried searching for the gaitors on the similarly fitted Twingo R1 parts diagram as they would probably be under a different number like the dampers are.
In this months Evo a 182 Cup gets 5 stars in a section called bargain hunt, some of the most thrilling cars of yesteryear can now be picked up for less than £4000.
At least not all car reviewer's are the same!
I thought it probably had a map on it when I heard you change gear!
My T's going really well, currently on Cup shocks though, I just need to get round to sending my Sachs off.
