I think they seem a little longer as they are new thats all, its a mm or two at the most. Which could easily be lost over the life of the original struts.
Originally when the Trophy came out there wasnt a brochure. THere was however a CD Rom!
I have one such CD Rom and have created an ISO of it, you can download it here.

This was never sold...
I scratched my brand new KTec matte carbon one at the weekend, how did you rub it down?? I tried 3000 grit wet and dry but didnt want to damage it by keep going at it!
Jacking mine up at the weekend killed my drivers shock. Jacked up the passenger side first which must have put strain on the drivers side, jacked drivers side up after. Lowered it down and drove it off the drive, loud clonk... :(
They aren't specifically made for anything, they are just the correct length.
Looks like new SGS ones are coming with a metal fixing not a plastic and clip affair - http://www.cliotrophy.co.uk/forum/showthread.php/50754-For-Those-of-You-That-Need-Replacement-Boot-Struts/page5
Any particular reason?
Just fitted them and they are spot on. They also don't have the horrible aluminium bit that the SGS ones have, far more OEM in appearance and all for £21 delivered! I originally meant Marelli not Hella...damn logo is so similar!
But you did have some extra work done!
I think i will take them to BG as they are so close. But that will be in a a good few months time once the new rears are purchased.
New suspension setup all round it looks like then!
Cheers guys, took it for one last drive before its off the road for a week or so and yup...today when i push down on the drivers side it bounces around all over the place.
Left side is fine!
Grrr! Next time i wont say anything!!
There seems to be resistance there, and both sides feel the same...
It doesnt bottom out, unless it's already at the bottom?!
Just seemed very corkscrewy on yesterdays drive :/
Think i spoke to soon!
After sitting the car on axle stands today whilst i sorted the front splitter i think somethings happened.
Took the car out after and turning left seems very sloppy.
Ride is just firm/crashy as it always has been??
So so tempted to go Alcantara on the wheel...but the way it has worn in my 207 puts me off :( damn it looks good though!
I cannot for the life of me remove the ruddy gearstick gaiter on mine! I reckon its been glued in!
