There are used on so many cars (Kango, Scenic, Megane, R19 etc), you'll have no problem finding one. A lot of aftermarket available as well. It's about £5 a piece.
Picture seem to show original Trophy dampers, not Twingo.'s They are silver and have the dust cap and also seem to carry the sachs sticker, Twingo's have new additional rod bearing, no cap and latest ZF sticker. I didn't know originals still existed anywhere...
That should be the one

I'm not sure what the logic is but it could be that a misfunctionnal angle sensor prevents ABS sensor to be used but the signals should still be available. Are your ABS target rings OK, dirty, damaged, tooth missing or cracked? Have you replaced your rear disk with cliosport mk1 rings (different...
Seems strange that both sensors go bad. Is it not the wheel angle sensor going nuts by any chance? Have you replaced the steering wheel?
For ABS sensor, I think the TRW GBS2126 is the one for the right side. I never found right P/N for left side though...
He may have invented the french stock to exactly avoid what you're trying to do. I really hope he's making some money otherwise what is the point and so what. You find a guy who's selling Trophy new pair at €600 that you'll never find anywhere else and you're asking for invoice, place he's...
Found 2 ads in France that may be of interest to some of you  They are both cheap (1 set to refurb at 300€ (with Twingo R1 bolted end caps!), 1 brand new set at 500€) but as there is not a real market for Trophy shocks in France, prices may be negotiable. Please ask the sellers to make...
Very good point, we all missed it! I will tell this to CLM who seemed genuine in his answers. He may just have been had by his distributor. I wouldn't think that CLM would sell €300 a pair he would have bought €40 for a non trophy one, his distributor surely sold them at trophy specs price. At...
Feel strange to put a link up, everyone jumping on it and then cooling everybody off with my comments and researches... sorry guys. The rear trophys do feel firmer than cup shocks for sure but are they absolutely required? not sure either and 300€ is really a steep price with only a slight...
Latest news from CLM: distributor does not provide documents from sachs certifying dampers are Trophy specs so need to trust both distributor and CLM. I guess you should rather build a group buy to only buy 1 set and sent it to one of you who can then check it's the real deal. Again it may well...
Last mail received with very frank response from CLM. Of course he cannot verify Trophy damping rate and has to trust the distributor although he sold many sets already and never had negative returns. I asked if he could get some sachs documents from distributor that shows they're definitely...
I would wait a bit if I were you before placing the order through. I felt responsible as I posted the link so I exchanged emails with CLM inquiring about the Renault/ZF sticker. CLM confirmed that these shocks do not carry any Renault sticker just a sachs one. I then asked how they can be...
They are the same with different color. I think production was re-started to equip the Twingo R1/R2 and are still produced as the car is still rallying and need parts :)
It may not have the Renault sticker though if they are sourced direct from sachs (ZF) although we can unclearly see a...
They had original front Trophy springs at a time btw. They may still be able to order them if anyone need any. Might be worth asking them while you're at it as I know some owners are looking for them :)
