I've just been given the price confirmation back from the screen printers regarding the binders. Sadly the price has went up a little. This is due to the lower quantity, effecting the price per piece. The new price will be...

So does everyone only require 1 each? I've just emailed to confirm the costing for the screen printing of the binders. I will update shortly. It will be slightly more expensive, due to the amount I was able to order on the first batch, keeping the price per piece down.

I'd never change my Yozza on the LY (Well except for a Orbisoud). However I wouldn't change the standard exhaust on my T.

If your a pikey then yes. If not, whats the extra price for belts while you've got them off anyways? I'd get in contact with the garage and see what they say. If they supplied the parts, they can claim.

If it's the dephaser, the car is safe to drive. But I'd personally get it sorted ASAP. All you will notice is a loud noise. I've never actually known one completely fail. It's mechanical, therefore parts can fail. Take the engine mount off and see if the part appears 'new'.

The dephaser is part of the VVT system. It advances the inlet cam by 16 degrees along with engine oil feed. When was the last time it had its belts changed? Due every 72k or 5 years, which ever comes first.

I've got a genuine spare one sat around somewhere... They look spot on, great effort Marc. PS: I do have another spare one, which I'll sell for £150 (I'll even include the BRAND NEW passenger Sachs for FREE) :rolleyes:

Just go to the local scrappy and pick one up for a couple of quid? That's all I did. They are not unique parts to the T, all base model Clios have them.

I totally disagree with this. Have you been to the salvage auctions this past year? Accident damaged T's are going for big money! I've seen a couple go for £3k+ it a really bad state.

Please don't change the exhaust, keep it original as possible! Especially with that many miles.

I think it's down to personal preference. Some people like to 'advertise' / 'show' off their car. Including history / maintenance etc. Others... myself included, just appear in the background.
