Hi, Thanks for responses!! I have just done Edinburgh - Carrbridge (262 miles round trip). I started in Edinburgh at 17.2 MPG. (yikes) I then was cruise control most of the way at 60 - 65 mpg and it slowly rose to about 22-23mpg ish and stayed there for most of the journey up there... On the...

I guess it's all down to individual garages and their levels of service and customer happiness to go back...So, it could be costly but with such an important job they will hopefully be some what caring?? jsthomson

Hi, It is frustrating but glad I was at home when it happened. It was after 6 so couldn't call the garage. No warning lights and starter motor turns but doesnt start.. it sounds empty (if that makes sense) fingers crossed it's not serious!!! One way find out their level of service...
