I always had a faith with Febi products untill I fitted this very same thermostat, 24028, though not with the same horrific outcome.
It was apparent from the outset that something was wrong, as my engine never got up to temperature.
Testing it in a saucepan of water on the stove revealed it...
I would bang in some Powerflex black bushes to the original arms, ditto ARB bushes, replace the bottom ball joints and then reset the alignment with a full Geo check to eliminate any potential problem with the rear end.
As they cross reference as being suitable for a 1.2 16v, a PH 172 and a 182 Trophy, which are all different, I`d leave well alone and go for these.

OK it does not work.
I have placed 6 £140 + ( free delivery ) orders over as many years, using Paypal payment, and delivery was reliably 7 working days from date of order
with UK delivery by Royal Mail..
I suspect this could be bettered if I used a Debit card, as they seem to wait for payment to land before...
That does take the shine off the deal.
I have read elsewhere that the NTN/SNR discs were the OE items, which may or maybe not true.

7701204901 OE Renault rear discs used to be good value at £105 the pair with bearings & ABS rings, but RPD now have them listed at £217.94 i/c Vat.
I have never dealt with Partsouq, but i see they are showing these as as being in stock at £59.77 the pair, Vat payable at customs, if anyone...
If I`m right about this, then this is a game changer.
Google 4413208, 4403209, 4413309, 4413308.

8200158866 moulded on it
Your expert opinion is welcome as...
There is the option of putting the irreplaceable 16" Trophy Speedline`s into storage, where they cannot be kerbed, and buying some cheap 17" rims
and running 205/40R17 Michelin PS5's.
Overall dimensions only differ by 5mm at most from 205/45R 16's...

I saw you wrote this recently.
" The favoured liquid of expulsion on my Trophy is PAS fluid, has a habit of chucking it out, particularly after a session of spirited driving. "
Have you checked you have a heat shield fitted?
All 182 & 172`s have SMI power racks.
Engine Dynamics only sell the firewall shield.
I think the rack heat shield in their website picture has been fabricated from this material or similar...
