I think I got really lucky when I acquired mine - it did take quite a bit of cleaning to make it look like it does.

They are a little push in clip which is located at the top of the fronts wings - you will see a small hole that the clip pushes into, that then enables the front panel to hold it self down securely when pushed down.

You need 2 of these clips to hold the panel down https://www.renaultgenuineparts.com/renault-7701056217-clip/

We had an issue as it say's fees delivery however that's for France only - did you pay for delivery ???? if not they will be waiting for you to collect them -

This car has now been removed from the PistonHeads classified - I wonder if it’s found a new owner ??? I’m not sure they refurbed the Sachs but hopefully the rest of the underneath had a refresh - looks like someone wanted some Mark Fish springs instead of the original ones with all the red...

Not sure really Francis as you don’t see them now come up for sale very often, I’d say like any collectable car it really depends on provenance and condition - it’s the best colour also in white, not a black or red fan really on these DC2’s.

Yes you can change the heater panel - most have the same issue. They come up from time to time on EBay or I’m sure one of the members will have a spare one they might part with - anyone have one Chaps ??? Glad to here your 3.5hr trip went well 👍
