Absolutely fine, I've not really noticed a huge difference, the dogbone makes it feel like a different car.
The upper engine mount on the LHS on mine was shot but the gearbox one was not too bad at all. On the dogbone the bigger bush was rather perished but still did its job.
Mine just stopped working completely and I also remember reading about the resistor pack. The motors are not a great deal from breakers but like you said, its making sure you get the right one.
Hope you get it sorted.
Can the originals be re-gassed?
I picked up a spare set some time ago from 'parts reunited' for £103.42 the pair and fitted in 2012 so probably at that stage where they may be due for replacement.
Checked mine and they needed replacing so done them this morning.
Managed to get a set of Bosch ones from Eurocarparts for £16 with discount.
Assume they are the same other than the Renault ones have the logo.
Just changed all 3 on mine, went for the Febi 'Kangoo' upper gearbox mount, a Twingo RS upper engine mount (Kangoo one below is the same) and an Evol dogbone mount. The Kangoo mounts are slightly stiffer than Renault RS OEM ones due to the movement of the diesel engine.
Cannot rate Evol...
Anyone? Have finally got to the bottom of my rattle / vibration and appears the Janspeed is running too close to the heatshield and also has a hairline crack in it.
Will be going for the straight through mid section if anyone has anything?
Wondering if we can get a small shock absorber resembling the Sachs damper and the spanner from Lego sets when I was a kid to compliment this model to the max!
Can always pop and grab it one lunch time if you are free? I was at your neck of the woods picking up an engine mount a few weeks ago and it was a great drive from Exeter.
Thank you,
Daniel
As per my post, does anyone have a spare spring they wish to sell in good condition?

The 12.5mm tubing fits like a glove and with some boiling water and oil it slid onto the spring relatively easily.
Wondering if anyone has a spare spring with little to no corrosion mainly on the bottom few coils? Happy to pay a price with postage if anyone does. My NS spring was rather...
Went for this in the end over the Eibach tubing and will have a go at fitting tomorrow as need to replace top mount bearings.

Dan @ SJM quoted £600 - £650 with the dephaser back in 2014.
Important one being the aux belt kit (not just the belt) at 36k miles or 3 years whichever comes first - believe the service book says 5 years.
Cam belt is 72k or 5 years.
Standard oil and filter service is 12k miles.

These are the best rated manufacturer, £17.50 each side after discount.
Some cheaper alternatives below...
I think most end up removing the rear shield completely, mine has the larger washers clamping it in place but I think yours is too far gone to salvage it. With the amount of rattling / vibration they cause I am half tempted to remove mine at some point.
Most of those items are reasonably cheap to source too but it all depends on what quality of part you want.
I have recently gone a little mad with work done on mine but using various discount codes and a few trips to Renault it doesn't work out too expensive.
