After a day of owning my trophy, my friend who had his 200 with cup pack couldn't keep up when on a blast in the lakes. Not scientific I know, but he couldn't believe how quick I could get away from him. Admittedly it was really twisty so could be down to bravery/stupidity, but I wasn't pressing...

I would definitely recommend rs murrays. Last service on my meg 225 they gave me a quote (can't remember how much), but when it came to paying up it was less. Never seen or heard of a garage doing that before! I'll be taking the trophy there when it needs to go in :)
