You don't get anything with the de-cat other then the pipe. Depending on the condition of the bolds on there, you can reuse them however if they've not been touched since the car was made, it maybe worth popping to a stealer and getting some for when you fit the de-cat

Quite an easy job to do, I used to change mine on the driveway. Just need to jack one side up with axel stands, crawl underneath and then unto the 4 bolts that hold it on, plus to unscrew the lambda probe. Your car will probably at some point bring on the emissions light.

Coming from a 172 Cup you should be able to spot things as they are pretty similar. I would do as BoroGTI says and look for servicing etc. Cambelt etc as all of them are due around now (5 years). I did the same as you, owned a 172 Cup and then moved to a Trophy. The extra handling is great...

Did you try to pull them off the bumper? If so then you need to remove the bumper to get to the BIG nut on the back to hold a small piece of over priced french plastic on. But if you've snapped one already you may have already noticed they are secured from behind.

Hell yeh. The level is MASSIVE. That’s the first game I played. Apparently they plan to release the older Zombie level in a few weeks. If you buy the hardened or prestige version of Black Ops you get them straight away.

Is there a tensioner in that end of the belt? The leather cover is covering it up. Maybe that's been disconnected? But then thinking about it surely this would bring on a warning light?

At a guess, I would say someone has disconnected the seat belt warning light/beep... Does it start beeping at you when you drive with the belt off?

Do powerflow offer any sort of warranty on their systems? Maybe able to claim on that if it has a lifetime warranty, as long as it can be moved to the new owner should the car/exhaust be sold.
