Well, as I'm sat around at home today, resting and admittedly slightly bored after an invasive bout of dental work yesterday, I thought I'd share a few more things I've been enjoying on YouTube.

First up, a glorious sounding (and looking) Porsche 908 on the Bernina Pass Hillclimb, with the short wheelbase and square track, the thing does look quite the handful:

Second from the same source, a lovely old Stratos tackling the same hill, albeit quite tentatively driven, but it does look particularly damp and foggy at the top so perhaps understandably so given those conditions. Still sounds the business hauling out of the hairpins:

And finally, a slightly indulgent piece from Singer, of some touring about in Switzerland . It did make me think of our upcoming Welsh Weekender, with the relaxed feeling and social side of it:

Hope you enjoy... 😁 (y)

I would love to drive some of those stunning Swiss roads, though it
would likely be in something far humbler than a Singer 911 😂

I've driven a few bits many years ago in my BMW Z4 Coupe, the roads and just as importantly - the scenery, were fantastic! Given the tarmac and views, I reckon you could enjoy it in even the most humble of machinery Francis. :) (y)

Or if you really want to be a glutton for punishment Ed, a push bike 🙈🙈😂😂

It has to be one of the most scenic parts of Europe, without a doubt.
You did it in style, the Z4 is a very nice bit of machinery to go touring in Ed.

Amazing Sounds Ed - I’ve had the pleasure of hearing both cars on the hill at Goodwood - also it’s so great to experience them on start up and to see the fuel evaporation when they are trying to warm the engine up -

😍😍😍

I don't know if anyone else remembers this particular spectacular (to my eyes and ears at least)
car from Honda.

I believe it was destined to be the new NSX, running a 5 Litre V10, until the world economy
started imploding in 2008 and Honda decided not to go any further with the car.
But they did run it in the Super GT500 class in Japan.

Anyway, here it is on track, sounding pretty damn epic, as you would expect from
a company like Honda, where engines are everything.
