Not that I'm obsessing about exhausts. (oh really) but is that a PMS I spy?

Hi Ed - that looks like a brand new PMS? Is this your 'back up'? I think my preference would be the 3" straight brushed finish. I believe Frayz went for this on this orange 182? Mark

Yes. I too like the tips that Frayz had on his, and I intend to swap them over to that style, or the rolled edge - haven't 100% made my mind up yet. That's another of the advantage of the PMS - the tips are interchangeable.

Surprised you haven't gone the CC route with the car Alex. What's your reserve on Evoke?
CC was a zero reserve or nothing so my heart told me I couldn’t risk giving it away after the money and hours gone into her. I know I have gone way over the top with the resto and I’ll never see what I’ve put in but just couldn’t see it being given away.
If it doesn’t sell with evoke then I will simply keep it stored but if it doesn’t sell someone’s going to get a bargain

Well it didn’t quite reach what I had hoped with Evoke. Unsure whether this is because these guys don’t have the footfall or whether the car is not to people’s liking. Either way I get to keep her which isn’t such a bad thing.

Although if anyone knows of anyone wanting a pristine example send them my way 👍🏼

I've just been typing the same thing Alex on your 142 tread - is Evoke the right site.

I was watching it Alex in anticipation that it might just move on a little more in the last minutes - I did send Ed a note though saying it's a strange finishing time in my view, needed to be 8 o'clock ish when people have had a few beers sat on the couch for the best results. Also not wanting to put the Evoke website down but does it have the same following as the other's do. I'd try the Pistonheads auctions site as I know they are Renault enthauisast themselves and the checkout fees are still competitive.

Just show's though that all your hard work and deadication can still cost thousands which is a real shame to see and like Ed said it will only get harder and more expensive due to the increasing part's prices, and that's if you can find them :(:(:(.
