A few of us have been discussing the original 'Speedline Corse' decals which graced the Trophy Turini wheels when they were new.

Many of these are now missing due to wheels being refurbed. We're just looking into a solution of a decal being created which could be applied to the wheel during refurb, then lacquered over, like the originals.

Anyone with any suggestions/thoughts, post below..

Tempted to give this seller a try. I think light is probably the nearest match.

Might be a plan, or see if they can produce like a water-transfer decal rather than a sticker, ie: something thinner which wouldn't have raised edges when lacquered...

edited to add: I guess it depends how pedantic we want to be with regards to 'originality'...

I think your right Ed with a water like transfer decal - I’ve bought the ones your looking at on Ebay Mike which are good but definitely not an exact copy - maybe it’s getting the colour correct when ordering from Ebay that may help -

I'll ask the restoration shop that's going to some work for me where he gets his stickers produced.

Definitely not a sticker. Some kind of transfer applied on top of the lacquer that literally fades with time and washing, you can just about see them on my original set. Best bet would be Speedline but there is no chance they would supply as there is a chance they would end up on a non Speedline wheel.
Actually this is just regurgitating the above so I’ll shut up and just add a gratuitous pic.IMG_0637.jpeg

They have some copy stickers on ebay, Light Grey might be the best match. 4.79 each mind.
