Original Patina or eliminate nicks etc.

Hi all

A quick (Happy) new year question please

Keep Trophy paintwork with as much original patina as possible and leave as is

Or

Spend a grand on tweaking out a few nicks / scratches in outer layer paintwork


Love to hear people’s thoughts on whether a good thing to do or better leave alone / not worth it.

Surely only you can decide? Is it worth a grand to you? Or would it add a grand to the value if the car?

It really depends if you have a Network that you trust to do it - as it can be money down the drain if it's not done properly - also how far do you take it once you have started ??? -

Like said above only you can decide - however in my view it will add value if done correctly.

Mine cost me £800 (Favour really) to achieve this finish.
