Poke something down the runners from the back of the seat like a piece of coat hanger wire with some tape on the end and see if anything comes out the front.

Had 248 for over a year now and just realised i have no decent photos. after a quick wash and buff i took these photos up the road at my favourite photo location... MOTed this week (only 880 miles this year) 38500 in total.

Been looking at the front seats today, one of the main rattles comes off the adjustment handle at the front, but I discovered by slipping in this 6mm nylon washer (cut as shown) it completely cuts out the rattle from the handle mechanism without effecting the use. simply push the handle towards...
