I had exactly this same issue Stewart, when i locked the car there was a constant beep, i tracked it down to a faulty bonnet switch in the slam panel, swapped it out for new and problem solved! Link below...

Yes exactly that, their emails are all in capitals and the way they ask for payment to be made is odd...if they weren't so well established it would feel a bit scammy. Hopefully their decals are better than their communication 🤷‍♂️
