    How to Lubricate the top on the shock??

    Thank you, I took the shocks of and replaced them for now with 182 shocks while the trophy dampers go to conering force. It seams it was the gas escaping form the seal. Thanks for the help guys

    About 1 1/2 years ago I had my shocks reconditioned and the are fine, but recently there had been horrible noises and clunking coming from the drivers side.     garage to get cam belt done!!!

    does any body know a good garage to get my cam belt done in the west mids, prefrably in or around birmingham,a lot of garages wont take it on so hopefully some one has had it done thanx :D
