Well it didn’t quite reach what I had hoped with Evoke. Unsure whether this is because these guys don’t have the footfall or whether the car is not to people’s liking. Either way I get to keep her which isn’t such a bad thing.

CC was a zero reserve or nothing so my heart told me I couldn’t risk giving it away after the money and hours gone into her. I know I have gone way over the top with the resto and I’ll never see what I’ve put in but just couldn’t see it being given away.

I did the following
Subframe removed, fully stripped back and then re-galvanised, the wishbones at same time, including new balljoints. rear main crank seal while subframe is removed. Sump gasket done at same time.
strip back, treat and coat the front chassis legs too.

I went through this very thing and agree what has been suggested, costs can certainly escalate along with the other things that will need doing. Even if they don’t you feel like it’s needed while everything is off to save on labour costs later down line..
