I think they will be happy with there purchase - not many that have had that sort of spend I'd say, also like Andy said it's in the best colour too (y)
Yes. I loved my RB back in the day, for the colour as much as the way it went.. I should dig out an old pic some time. :) (y)

In the grand scheme of things and when you've seen so many properly good enthusiasts
cars going stratospheric with their prices over the last few years, I think that is not a bad
price at all.

Looking at the pictures and reading the description, that is a really very good example.
You can tell its previous owners cared enough about keeping it in really good shape
and looking after it.

Best of luck to its new owner, they have a cracking car there.

Also got to say, I loved the seats in it and the blue Alcantara, really finished it off very well
especially with that lovely blue exterior.

Sold my BG on CC to finance #151.
Forum experts said Id be lucky to get 4k.
Lost a fortune without my free spanner skills but enjoyed the journey.

The canny collectors know what it takes to get these little cars up to scratch and the good ones are getting harder to find.

That is a real bargain. I sold it 3 yrs ago for £7250 and that was before it had all the underbody work done. I bought it for £4k and fitted the seats and had the original wheels refurbed. It had a lovely exhaust back then and in honesty drove better than the Trophy

It might just be my eyesight, but are those wheels a slightly darker colour than normal?

It could be over saturation of the colours in photo processing as the colour looks fine in the close ups. The photos were taken in full sun and if you are not careful reds can wash out and then need to be “boosted” Also the caps are the same colour so if the colour is wrong at least they went the whole hog a painted those incorrectly as well!

Very similar to mine I sold a few moths ago. It’s racing blue like the 182’s. Back in a 172 now (Renaultsport number 9!), but looking at the Trophy again and so tempted.

They are fantastic cars, but I feel do lack a little drama/excitement compared to 172/182.

There might be some interest in this on here.
2010 Clio Cup with only 8,914 miles on the clock, plus it has the Recaro's.

Seems like an unusual colour, don't think I've seen one in this shade of blue before.
By all accounts, they are supposed to be a top notch handling car.

I think this one’s going live tomorrow.
