Looks a little rough, but then they dont seem to be hiding anything....

Have the wheels been fitted to clear the calipers and discs, i seem to think the standard turini,s dont like the 300mm disc and need spacers fitting...

All true, but a scruffy car is unlikely be as attractive to bidders as it could be. As Ed mentioned, it wouldn’t need much and you can’t state in the blurb that the wheels are correct when they’re lookalike’s.

I think it's a decent starter Trophy. I'd imagine It would appeal to someone who wants to do a small resto to tidy it up as in photo_ed's comments or just to use it as intended and not worry about depreciation, that's assuming it sells for the right money. Looking at the owner replies in comments, I think they've has just bought it driven it enjoyed it and are now moving it on.

Hi Everyone, I appreciate this might not be the correct thread, so I am preparing my self for a telling off !

Does anyone have any suggestions on insurance for a trophy ? Any trusted companies that people use. My concern is having it insured for the correct value.

Haha! I don't think anyone will give you a telling off Andrew, fear not!

But it might well be worth you posting up a new thread on the subject you wish to discuss - in the Clio Trophy Discussion Section of the forum - it's easy enough to do and then won't confuse existing threads on different subjects such as this one which is really about Trophy's coming up for sale on CC.
