I don't think it is real. Look at the position of the boy's elbows when he is lying down - they are far too high up and would drag against the underbody of the bus.

And also there is a nice flow of traffic until he starts running into the road. Once the bus has gone there is a car going the other way but then there are no others whilst he runs back to the camera.
