Spare electrical connector on recaro seat/ pretensioner?

I noticed a random electrical connector loose near the driver's side seat belt pretensioner, does anyone know what it is or where it should be connected if at all, doesn't seem to be one on the passenger side.

That is normally attached just below the front of the tensioner (bottom right hand corner in that second picture) with the metal part threaded through a hole and looking like it makes contact with the bottom runner maybe to gauge the position of the seat?
