Should I buy this T-Sachs-suspension?

I am offnered a complete Sachs Setup without
the rear Springs.

It has covered about 30.-35.000miles and was not
refurbed but is in excellent order.

Can I buy it or is it critical in any way?
What would you say is a good price?
