It was me! Number plate is S3 YOO ( see you ).
Number 093. Sun has melted the double sided tape that usually keeps my number plate on. Also it would be cleaner but I'm driving to machester tomorrow so didn't see the point.
I'll try and wave next time instead of looking like a gorsterm with my mouth open !
