Rear coil springs

My 04 182 is going in for MOT work tomorrow and one of the rear coil springs is broken, renault asked if it has the cup suspenton or not? how do i tell??? as the 182 spring is £85 and the cup spring is £160 my car is a straight 182 as far as i know, no stripes, half leather. headlight washers, aircon etc. im stuck on this one, any help, tips would be great,

A quick sign is the wheels are darker (http://www.millteksport.com/media/image ... iginal.jpg) thats as long as they are standard and havent been replaced, plus you have the larger spoiler on the boot.

Can you not salvage a part number from the old broken spring?

id like to say, phone reno with the vin or reg number and they should be able to tell you but alas, thats not the most reliable ways of telling lol :lol:

If you take a front wheel off and measure the bolt spacing of the front hub,

from what i've read it should be 54mm without cup packs, 60mm with cup packs.
