postage and packaging

bit of a random one but does anyone know the best way to wrap and seal up my Sach's to be sent off for a refurb so they dont get damaged? also does anyone know the rough cost of posting these?

I covered mine in bubble wrap and made a ball of tape and wrap over the ends of the main shaft. Then placed them in a box and filled it with newspaper. When they came back from BG they were surrounded by shredded paper in the same box I sent them in.

cost was about £15.

as you can imagine i want them done and put back on my car ASAP. it dont feel the same on standad 182 suspension.
