New boy with No #264

Hello!

Just a quick hello, i have just bought Trophy number 264. No doubt i will be picking your brains and asking all kinds of questions in the coming weeks as i get to know the car.

my first challenge is to replace the dog sh1t, misery spec front tyres that the previous owner decided in his wisdom would be a good idea to fit and ruin the handling of one of the best front drivers of all time! - any tips for cheap PE2's welcome (i have a local tyre fitter that will stick em on the speedlines cheap!)

Welcome, good choice on the car. The usual on line places - mytyres, blackcircles, etyres are your best best for buying cheaply. Either that or just grap the yellow pages and phone all the local garages, it was a local fitter that were the cheapest last time I had to change.
