Hi Guys,

Is anyone here involved with karting?

I have been, and I'm selling up all my equipment, and just wondered if anyone here is involved?

yeah im into karting quite big, testing at least once per month and racing the same, depending on whats on and where. what class you in mate, im racing formula blue 100cc using a birel r32 chassis, mostly at larkhall.

Well I was in Junior max, then moved to Senior Max, had to retire now though

I have had a few karts, started on a 1999 Tonykart, came third in Karting North east championship..

Then went to an 06 tony, then swapped to a brand new 2007 tonykart, nearly killed myself in that! and then got the new intrepid

looks good does the intrepid, they go well. So i take it the super 1 plans are gone now? how come? lack of budget?

im gonna try a gillard out soon in the hope of getting an 08 chassis midway through this season. I wouldve had 1 sooner but my engine is away to GFR for a build sooner than expected.

yeah the tyres wont be any good for me but have you got any douglas mags you would sell, rims only??

Well I did have sponsors, but they decided to not help me, which is bloody annoying when its only 25 days before the first round of super one!

Ive got 1 set of douglas rims, they are the ones on the pictures ^^^

They have done one meeting, ever...But i want to sell them with SL6's (also done one meeting) for £140

I also have some OTK (brilliant rims!) alloy rims which are slick width, but are INCREDIBLE in wet, not too wet, but just wet basically, and there amazing

Have wet tyres on, VEGA W2, £100 for them

think i will pass mate, got offered some rims closer to home for cheaper but thanks for the info, sorry to hear about the sponsors, that sucks!!
