i'm still with Adi Flux at the mo, think i'll switch to greenlight at renewal time tho

Adi Flux class a Trophy as a Group 17 which maybe explains why their not so competitive. it was about £30 difference between the 2.

That's not bad. I am 24 with 3 years no claims in Sept with few mods and 5 points a year and a bit ago. Hoping to get under £1000.

I'm not sure what Newcastle is like, but I know living in Teesside isn't the best when it comes to insuring anything. We seem to have more than our fair share of theiving pikeys.

Greenlight are great, I've just turned 28 and insured the little beaut for £497. That was with all the bells and whistles, unlimited mileage, parked in the street, an SP30, only driving for three years and a very low excess (£150).

The best bit is I can phone up on the morning of a trackday and get insured for the day for £50 with an excess of £300. Great stuff.

as above, greenlight weren't the cheapest for me, I think they were 3rd, can't remember who beat them, but the easy track day insurance gave them the edge - £50 saving per trackday, that made them the cheapest over 12 months by far.
