I know most of them are on 55 plates, however i was wondering how many Clios are on another reg plate.

Numbers mean nothing, as does 05/55/06.
All built as a batch in early 05.
So if you have an 06, you need to think where it was sat for a year

mine is T reg :wink: was a 55 though.
i would have thought the lower numbers are the 05's and the higher numbers 06's...so if everyone put their reg year and then the number of their car then we would get a better idea of how many 55's, how many 05's and how many 06's there are.
i.e. if someone says im an 05 with no. 100 and someone puts im a 55 with 105 then we know its about 100 05's.
so im 55 reg with 313!

#196 is on a 05 plate, it was registered just a couple of days before 55 plates kicked in - why they didn't hang on I don't know!!

The numbers don't have any relation to what registration mark your car got - the date it was first registered determines what reg it is
as per Dave, the numbers relate to how they came off the line, the reg plate relates to when they were registered.DaveTrophy said:
