The mounts that you have marked on the right hand side of the picture are supplied by a company called Orbisoud, designed to be used with the single box exhaust also in the picture, they are not standard Renault items. To get hold of these you would be best to contact Orbisoud directly - http://www.orbisoud.com/
Not sure what you are refering to on the left hand side, just appears to be the connection between the centre pipe and the back box, this could be part of the centre pipe or it might be something that you can buy seperately from Renault, and there may be a gasket that you need to use here as well - perhaps someone on here who has replaced their exhaust will know more...
