HELP ME PLEASE (REAR DISCS)

just brought a trophy and need tp replace new rear discs and pads, took the old discs of to replace with a set got from m8s garage. once took them of relised that there was no abs ring on the new discs (took ring of old discs bit doesnt fit on new one's) so foned renault and they have a set in stock (with abs rings attached and bearings pre-pressed) for £169. k-tec have them 2 but for £189 after p&p.

any where i can get them cheaper??????

I know a couple of ppl on here have changed their rears but i can't remember what they fitted, done a quick search and 169 is looking quite good.
Are the old ones that badly grooved? it was yours that weren't using the whole disc.

GSF do eom rear disks for around the £150 mark iirc. OEM rear disks are fine.

I've just had the same problem changing rear discs.

I took the old abs rings off the old discs, one of the rings fitted but the other one split whilst it was being persuaded off!

Spent a couple days trying to find somewhere that sold abs rings, then one turned up on ebay for a tenner and fit perfectly.

Can't understand how the rings wont fit your discs? Are they too loose or too tight? My discs were oem spec ones from my local motor factors.
