headlamp adjustment

Just been told by a mate i was following that my offside headlamp is pointing a bit high.

How do you adjust the dipped beam headlamps alignment?

Short of removing the bumper i don't think you can.

Point your clio at a wall or similar, open the bonnet and find the back of the headlights. You should find a black covered tube thing ??? sticking out the back with a head for an allen key (white). Simply rotate it up or down and watch what it does against the wall.
