thanks for the information, it seems like there are some crossed wires for whatever reason.

I can confirm that the silkoline oil is excellent and has never been the cause of an engine failure.

I used GDI last year for my 2 year/12500 mile service. Watched them doing it - no probs at all and a fair price, especially considering Silkolene Pro oil was used, which, in my opinion, is a very good oil.

I can't really believe that people are slating GDI's service. I have nothing but excellent experience with them.

They may make mistakes in delivering your oil, but then GDI are not a wholesaler. They are specialist mechanics offering quality in repair and upgrades.

And if they do make errors it's because they are human (like those who mock): these errors will be corrected at little or no cost.

If you want to order some oil go to K-Tec or DT. If you want impartial advice and excellent service go to GDI.

I wasn't slating them just stating facts . I don't like being lied they just had to say they had run out of a certain oil . The service they gave the car was excellent and i watched it all .
