Sounds like the anti-flooding system - the site blocks multiple posts in quick succession to help prevent spam. It's only something like 20 seconds I think.
i had this - it kept logging me out also.
Ok, I'll make sure Nik sees this thread - hopefully it was just a glitch in the matrix...
