evo mag say 6.7sec. but ive seen some other mags say anything between that and 7secs. i always go with what evo say as they have one or had one and done lots of tests with it. never timed my self though and by now there all probably different.

Sorry to be pedantic but i think evo tested it as 6.6sec, though i think 'someone' has tested a stock T with a racelogic computer at 6.5s

Pretty good 0-60 considering all these new 250bhp+ hot hatches are coming out with 6.5s touted as their 0-60. The mk2 Clio can still hold its own, and this is just on the straights...

Other tests on 182s have produced 6.4 and 6.3s

My opinion is still that Renault where conservative with their official figures.

Is the trophy faster than the cup?

Again Renault used the same official figures between the various editions. The 182 Cup was 1060kg whereas the Trophy is 1070kg but the Trophy has more grip and other aids such as the dampers to improve speed etc.

In the real world in a straight line there is nothing between them, however Renault did say the Trophy is 1 second quicker around their track than the Cup.
