Brake Sensor £ and where?

Morning all,

007 had a service yesterday and surely enough, the diagnostics showed that the SERV and ESP lights coming on were due to a faulty brake pedal sensor, to my relief after people talking of steering racks etc. It also knocked out the cruise as well so that is two problems sorted!

Anyone know where you can get a brake sensor from (other than Renault?)

Doesn't the brake pedal sensor just become loose or something and it just needs adjusting....

As for adjusting it, i have taken it off the pedal and cant really see how it is adjusted, as it is only a crude little pump-switch.

If anyone knows how then great but it's doing my head in by keeping knocking off my cruise control and the ESP light coming on!!

I thought you could just move it closer or further away to make contact. I may be wrong but im sure this has come up before
